These terms apply to your use of holisticregeneration.com and to buying the consultations offered here. The version that applies to a consultation is the one in force on the date you pay.

The Provider is not registered for VAT (special exemption scheme for small enterprises, art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code). Prices shown are final prices.
The website content, the biological age calculator, guides, webinars and consultations are for educational and informational purposes. They are not medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace the advice of a physician. Viorel Simac holds a PhD in engineering and is not a medical doctor.
Extended water fasting and major dietary changes can carry risks. Before starting any such practice, consult a doctor, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, heart conditions or an eating disorder, take medication, or have any other medical condition.
The result of the biological age calculator is an indicative estimate, not a medical measurement.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Romania by Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). Email contact@holisticregeneration.com with your booking reference; no particular form is needed. We refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method.
When booking, you ask through the checkbox in the form for the consultation to take place on the chosen date, even if that falls within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that once the consultation has taken place, you can no longer withdraw.
After the 14 days have passed:
Not attending at the agreed time without notice means the service has been provided. If we cannot hold the consultation, we offer you another slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We first try to resolve any complaint directly: write to contact@holisticregeneration.com. We reply within 30 days.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you may turn to the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies of the EU country where you live. Consumers living in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure.
The materials on the site and those you receive at the consultation (texts, images, guides, recordings, calculators) are protected by copyright. You may use them personally, but not copy, distribute or use them commercially without our written consent.
We work to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on it without consulting a doctor. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
How we process your data, including health data, is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country. Disputes not settled amicably go before the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.
