Water fasting is not simply a period without food. For many people, it raises deeper questions about health, the body, willpower, habits, and the ability to make difficult changes.
In this free live webinar, Viorel Simac will share personal experiences and lessons from his journey with water fasting, present selected ideas and findings from scientific literature in accessible language, and explore the psychological and motivational dimensions of fasting.
The purpose of this webinar is not to provide individualized medical guidance or to persuade every participant to fast. Its purpose is to offer information, perspective, inspiration, and a responsible framework for reflection.
Attempts, challenges, lessons, adaptation, and the reasons water fasting became an important part of Viorel Simac’s personal and professional journey.
An accessible overview of metabolic mechanisms, potential benefits under study, and the current limits of scientific evidence.
How fear, comfort, habits, and personal purpose influence us when we attempt an important change.
At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to ask questions during a live Q&A session.
